Mr. Schooley represents debtors and creditors in both state and federal courts. He practiced in Shelbyville, Indiana from 1978 until 1993 as bank counsel and in private practice. His practice areas include commercial litigation, receivership, insolvency, all aspects of real estate, bankruptcy and appellate work.
