Career Highlights
Mr. Krebs focuses his practice in the commercial and consumer insolvency areas. His practice encompasses representation of debtors, creditor committees, and financial institutions in business reorganizations involving both non-judicial workouts as well as Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, purchase and sale of businesses, receiverships and orderly liquidations. Mr. Krebs represents individuals in convoluted Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings. His practice also involves representation of plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy adversary matters.
