Career Highlights
Mr. Hostetler concentrates his practice in business reorganizations and creditor-debtor rights law, representing debtors, creditor committees, and financial institutions in business workouts, loan restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. His business reorganization practice includes non-judicial workouts, the purchase and sale of businesses, receiverships and foreclosures. His Chapter 11 practice includes counseling and advice in connection with the structuring of transactions and representation in significant Chapter 11 cases in Indiana. Additionally, Mr. Hostetler’s practice includes representations of individual debtors and creditors in the more complicated Chapter 7 and 13 proceedings. Mr. Hostetler has been named to the list of Indiana Super Lawyers® in the areas of bankruptcy and workouts since its introduction in Indiana.
