Career Highlights
Jeff focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He assists business clients facing economic challenges and those whose businesses are interrupted by others' insolvency. Jeff has represented debtors, creditors, shareholders, creditor committees, and financial institutions in business workouts, loan restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. He also advises corporate management on governance and operational matters related to the duties and obligations to businesses facing threatened or mounting insolvency, and is experienced working with private equity and venture funds in addressing the challenges facing their portfolio companies. Jeff has been named to the list of Indiana Super Lawyers® in the areas of bankruptcy and workouts since its introduction in Indiana.
