Experience
Josh focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business transactions, and appellate advocacy. He represents clients in a wide variety of business transactions, commercial litigation, and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was an associate at a 50-lawyer law firm in Indianapolis and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nancy H. Vaidik of the Indiana Court of Appeals. He received his juris doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2006. While at Valparaiso University, he served as Associate Editor and Notewriter for the Valparaiso University Law Review. He also served as Associate Justice of Finance for the Valparaiso University Moot Court Society and won Best Oralist and Best Team in the Luther M. Swygert Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Josh participated in the Valparaiso University Criminal Law Clinic. As an active participant in the law clinic, Josh authored appellate briefs to the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court and had the distinct honor of presenting an oral argument to the Indiana Supreme Court while preparing for the Indiana Bar Exam.
